Today is my last day in Hong Kong. Amber and I went to go see the giant buddha and ride the Ngong Ping 360 which is the longest cable car in the world which takes you to the top of the mountain where the temple is at.
[ ] Did any of these things.
The cable car ride is 50 minutes roundtrip and the line to get on the cable car was 2 hours. After waiting an hour in line I concluded we would miss our plane and might get stuck up the mountain waiting 2 hours to get down.
We ended up going to the airport early and using their free wifi.

Nearly 500 steps to the top and literally over 10,000 Buddha statues. It was a good work out to the top and well worth it but unless you like going to the toilet in the ground and cleaning yourself with a bucket I recommend you hold it.

We rode the Star Ferry from Kowloon to Hong Kong Island to get some nice views of the Hong Kong skyline. At 8pm they did a light and laser show with the buildings

Amber and I took the MTR (which is great btw) to the Wong Tai Sin Temple. Which was a nice temple but no pictures worth posting.
At the end of the night we saw the Chinese New Year fireworks in Tsim Sha Tsui and went to The Spaghetti House for dinner, which had delicious garlic bread and ok spaghetti.
